Prifysgol Abertawe yw darparwr mwyaf addysg nyrsio cyn cofrestru yng Nghymru. Rydym yn llwyddiannus iawn ac yn ail yn y DU ar gyfer nyrsio yn y Guardian University Guide (2019). Yn 2019 enillodd Prifysgol Abertawe deitl Darparwr Addysg Nyrsio’r Flwyddyn (Cyn-gofrestru) yng Ngwobrau’r Student Nursing Times.

Mae ein darlithwyr yn darparu addysg nyrsio ar sail tystiolaeth mewn ffordd gyfoes a bywiog. Mae llawer ohonynt yn ysgrifennu gwerslyfrau a ddefnyddir fel testunau allweddol yn y cyrsiau a gynigiwn.

Yn ogystal â bod yn arbenigwyr yn eu meysydd pwnc, maent hefyd yn arbenigo mewn addysgeg ac mae'r rhan fwyaf yn Gymrodyr yr Academi Addysg Uwch. I gefnogi eu haddysgu, cynhelir ystod o ymchwil addysgegol yn y Brifysgol. Cyflwynir yr ymchwil hwn mewn cynadleddau a'i gyhoeddi mewn cyfnodolion.
