I am a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at School of Management. I was granted a Doctorate Degree by Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University. Previously, I spent 5 years working as an HR manager within the private sector in China.
My principal areas of research include knowledge sharing, knowledge-hiding behaviours, small family businesses, academic engagement with businesses, and employee motivations. My academic career has prioritised research and teaching that closely relate to practice.
