Although the matter is resolved, Digital Services will continue to review and strengthen our security controls to protect services and data. We will share further updates if needed. The essential maintenance for the Learner Gateway (https://learner.swansea.ac.uk) and the LG desktop client, scheduled from 6:00 am to 8:00 am on Tuesday, 12 May, has been successfully completed. The system is now operational and functioning as intended. Furthermore, the student records system (SITS), including https://evision.swansea.ac.uk and the SITS desktop client, is also accessible. Should you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to the IT Service Desk at 01792 604000 (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm) or submit a ticket through the Service Centre.
