What you need to know

Staff ID Cards

Please note: Due to the current working arrangements, new staff need to phone Customer Services to obtain staff ID details. You will need to quote your staff number (from your confirmation letter), and answer some security questions before being provided with further details.

For the purpose of security, all University employees are issued with a Staff ID card. Your card will be issued to you by Library & Information Centre (no.7 on the Singleton Park Campus map, no.5 on the Bay Campus map).

Please report to the Issue Desk in the Library & Information Centre between 10.00 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 16.00 Monday - Friday. You should take your appointment letter and a form of photographic I.D. along with you as means as identification.
