Carol Haake, Registered Reablement Manager

"The experience has been both challenging and rewarding. The 2 year part-time MSc programme has enhanced my knowledge, academic skills, and provided practical tools to support innovation in the sector.

The work-based project gave the opportunity for me to put everything I have learnt into practice by implementing digital care planning in the workplace to improve the efficiency of the service and improving outcomes for citizens.

This course enabled me to progress in my career, as a Senior Improvement Manager."

"Choosing to study healthcare management was a deliberate decision to expand my knowledge beyond patient consultations.

The course's accreditations, CPD points and it's recognition as a cutting-edge programme were key factors. The experience was intense and impactful, with the acquired frameworks and tools being highly valuable. The standout aspect was the amazing support by the staff. Interactions were exceptional, validating personal experiences as teaching tools, and providing outstanding non-academic guidance.

Learning new management tools and techniques in this supportive environment made the journey worthwhile."
