Loans & Grants
A majority of UK students will meet the cost of their Tuition Fees and living expenses by applying for financial support online via their relevant Student Finance websites. What you are entitled to will depend upon your individual circumstances, where you live, what you are studying, and at what level.

- International Students are not entitled to statutory student funding but may be able to apply for funding from the University.
We also have specific funding information for students looking to study:
- NHS Funded Course
- Social Work
- Graduate Entry Medicine
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Year/semester abroad or in industry

Remember - There are Scholarships and Bursaries available. They are provided by Swansea University to promote excellence and widening participation.
We appreciate that loans from other sources may be the only suitable option left available for some students to continue with their studies.
