We are proud to offer an outstanding educational experience, using effective learning and teaching approaches that are tailored to support you throughout your studies. Your course is taught in person on our campus, giving you the chance to fully engage with your lecturers and work closely with your fellow students.
You will learn through a combination of large group lectures, small group seminars and practical sessions. Lectures introduce key ideas and concepts in a structured, tutorguided format, while smaller sessions give you space to ask questions, take part in discussions and work through real examples with your peers. Practical workshops and skillsbased activities allow you to apply theory, develop confidence and practise working in teams.
To support your learning, lecture recordings or lecture summaries are uploaded to Canvas, helping you revisit material, revise for assessments and consolidate your understanding at your own pace. Many modules also include additional online resources such as videos, guided tasks, slides and quizzes, giving you extra flexibility to study in a way that works for you.
You will also benefit from onetoone academic mentoring, giving you a dedicated point of contact throughout your studies. These conversations are an opportunity to discuss your progress, get personalised guidance and explore any academic questions you may have.
From the very start of your degree, induction activities help you settle into university life, meet staff and fellow students, and build your confidence in raising questions and taking part in your learning community. These early connections help create a supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable contributing, sharing ideas and asking for help when you need it.
