Course Details
This module supports you in developing confident, reflective approaches to wellbeing in healthcare practice. Through a blended learning experience, including self-directed study, academic guidance, and collaborative action learning sets, you will explore key models and strategies for promoting wellbeing at individual, team, and organisational levels. You’ll examine how wellbeing is supported in real-world clinical settings, especially during high-pressure situations such as managing workload, responding to emotional distress, or working in ethically complex environments. You’ll be encouraged to reflect deeply on your own wellbeing practices and apply new insights to enhance resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable professional development.
