Ruth is a Lecturer in Finance at the School of Management in Swansea University.
She holds a PhD in Finance and an MSc in Social Science Research Methods from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University, UK.
Ruth also holds an MSc in Accounting, Accountability and Financial Management from King’s College London and, a BSc in Accounting from Bowen University (Nigeria).
Her research interests focus primarily on the corporate governance of initial public offering (IPO) firms, board diversity, innovation, and survival of newly listed firms. Ruth also has interest in research relating to corporate finance, sustainability, green finance and CSR.
