Supporting South Wales Organisations to Deliver Circular Economy Benefits

The new £3.7m collaborative Swansea University and Cardiff Metropolitan University Circular Economy Innovations Communities (CEIC) project, funded by the Welsh Government and European Social Fund, will enable public service organisations within the Swansea Bay and Cardiff Capital regions to deliver circular economy benefits for their organisations and the regions.
Through the support of experts at both universities, the CEIC programme will help public service and third sector organisations collaborate on the creation of new products or services and the implementation of solutions to maximise their values and minimise waste, improving circular economy thinking in public services.
