Course Details

This module supports you in developing confident, effective communication skills for healthcare practice. Through a blended learning approach—including self-directed study, academic guidance, and collaborative action learning sets—you will explore key communication models and strategies. You will examine how communication works in real-world clinical settings, especially during challenging interactions such as delivering bad news, managing conflict, or navigating cultural differences. You will be encouraged to reflect deeply on your own communication style and apply new insights directly to your professional development and future practice.
