Living at Seren
Swansea University are working in partnership with Seren to provide high-quality student accommodation for our students.
Located opposite Swansea Train Station in heart of the City Centre, Seren offers much more than just bedrooms within a building. Situated halfway between Singleton Park Campus and Bay Campus, you’ll have a huge selection of facilities to make use of whenever you fancy. All rooms have an en-suite and a 32” smart TV. There is also a shared kitchen that comes fully fitted with a lounge and 55” smart TV. Studio rooms also include the addition of a private kitchenette in the room.
Onsite facilities, included in the accommodation fees, comprise an on-site gym with basketball half-court, landscaped courtyard, private dining area and various social & study spaces. You will also find a laundrette, Greggs bakery, Tesco convenience store and café. Shops, bars and restaurants are also on your doorstep.
There are frequent, direct bus services between the accommodation and both campuses. The journey time is approximately 20 minutes.
