Applications can be sent to UCAS from mid-September. |
19 October & 16 November |

Deadline for UCAS to receive applications for Graduate Entry Medicine. |
15 January |
Application deadline for UCAS to receive applications for all courses to be given equal consideration. In practice, Swansea will accept late applications throughout the rest of the applications year, however some courses will become full at this point and we can’t guarantee that they will be given the same level of consideration as applications received by 15 January. Check UCAS Course Search for the latest information on which courses are still taking applications. |
November - March |
UCAS Open Days and interviews take place. You may be made an offer and then invited to attend an Open Day, or you may be invited for an interview before a decision is made on your application. |
25 February |
If you are eligible to use Extra, you can refer yourself to another choice. |
30 June |
The last date that you can apply to UCAS. Applications received after this date are entered into Clearing. |
May - June |
Once you receive decisions from all your UCAS choices, you will have to decide on who your firm and insurance choices should be. |
Early May - 30 June |
If you have accepted our offer, Residential Services will email you with details of how to apply for accommodation. If you apply before 30 June, you will be guaranteed a place in University accommodation. |
4 July |
This is the last date to apply through Extra. |
