How we plan to improve accessibility in IT Service Desk

Our accessibility roadmap shows how and when we plan to improve accessibility on IT Service Desk:

  • Review our alternative descriptions on all knowledge base articles to ensure they are applicable and helpful to users.
  • Remove all low-contrast text use and embrace guidelines to ensure we do not introduce any more issues.
  • Provide ServiceNow with details of non-compliances identified in our internal testing and request resolutions to them.
  • Communicate any serious accessibility concerns and issues raised directly from end users to ServiceNow for them to be addressed as soon as possible.

This work will be undertaken over the next 12 months.
