The CPD Standards Office has awarded the School of Management’s MSc Advanced Health and Care Management (AHCM) programme as accredited CPD training. 

The programme has met the learning activity required for the Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks. CPD ensures that learners are keeping their knowledge and skills up-to-date and to high industry standards.

Delivered through the Intensive Learning Academies, the MSc Advanced Health and Care Management Programme has two pathways;

Head of School of Management, Professor Paul Jones, said:

 “I was delighted to hear that the MSc AHCM has been accredited by the CPD Standards Office. It is incredibly important to us at the School of Management that our specialist Masters programmes are industry focused and relevant for the job market. My congratulations to the programme team for achieving this outcome.”

Programme Director for the MSc Advanced Health and Care Management, Dr. Roderick Thomas, said:

‘’Great to have further recognition that our new MSc in Advanced Health and Care Management has been accredited by the CPD Standards Office as continuing professional development. This is in addition to our existing accreditation with the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM). This is recognition of the industrial importance of this programme and its relevance to the health, social care and voluntary sector.’’
