Getting to Campus

The Conference will take place on Swansea University's Singleton Campus.

Parking is not available on Campus, however, spaces are available in the Recreation Ground Car Park or the Singleton Boating Lake Car Park, both within easy walking distance from Campus. If you require an accessible parking space on Campus due to mobility issues, please email alt24@swansea.ac.uk

There are also a variety of taxi services available across the city, some of which include YellowCabs, DataCabs and Oyster Cabs.

Things to Do

Swansea has a wealth of cultural attractions and is the gateway to the beautiful Gower Peninsula, which was the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The following are within easy access of the City Centre:

• Dylan Thomas Centre
• Walking routes via Visit Swansea Bay 

There are a number of presentation prizes and also bursaries to cover conference costs available, as follows:

• The Stan Marsh Bursary
  The Stan Marsh Bursary programme aims to include colleagues in the ALT conference who might otherwise find attendance difficult. There are three bursaries available to delegates to the Association of Law Teachers Annual Conference. The bursaries cover the full fees for the conference, including accommodation.
  
  
• The Stan Marsh Prize of £250
  
  
• The Chris Gale Memorial Prize for a Collaborative Paper at the ALT Conference (£200)

The deadline to submit a written paper in advance of the conference for the judging panel to read is Tuesday 2^nd April.
