About The Role

This is a Fixed Term position for 12 months working full-time.

We are looking for a new starter to join the technical team developing world leading the UKSeRP (UK Secure Research Platform). UKSeRP is a technology set which supports the storing and secure sharing of research datasets for the purpose of assisting research activity. The technology set is constantly evolving and is regarded as a world leader in terms of innovation. It is used by organisations in the UK and globally.

The purpose of this role is to assist the technical team with a range of basic level IT tasks including server upgrades and rebuilds, desktop support and routine network maintenance. Full training and support will be given. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career as an IT professional by building your technical skills and experience within a diverse and exciting team environment.
