About The Role
The Admissions Assistant role will assist in the operational delivery of the interview process for relevant programmes, ensuring alignment with key application deadlines and internal and external regulation/policy.
The role will liaise with relevant academic staff and key stakeholders to confirm selection panel availability and interview formats, assist in arranging venue bookings and help prepare and distribute interview materials, including scoring sheets, applicant information, and guidance for panel members.
The role will ensure an excellent applicant experience is delivered throughout interview process to help support student recruitment objectives, working to required response times, ensuring applicant and stakeholder.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
