How to Pay Your Fees - Accommodation

ACCOMMODATION PAYMENT DATES FOR 2025/26

ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/26

Invoices will be sent to the student via their University email account 7 days before the due date.

Please note the payment due date includes accommodation rent and any additional charges incurred.

Payment Due Dates 2026/2027

An Advance Rent Payment of £100.00 is payable within 3 days of receipt of the offer of accommodation and acceptance of the Occupation Contract.

• We ask that you pay the Advance Rent Payment through your Accommodation Account to secure your accommodation.
• The Advance Rent Payment will be deducted from the first payment of your Accommodation Fees.
• The Advance Rent Payment is non-refundable if you do not enter into the Contract or move in to the accommodation.
• Residents returning to accommodation for a subsequent year of study are not required to pay the Advance Rent Payment.

Convera usually processes transfers to Swansea University within 3 working days.  However, please note that occasionally it may take longer.  When making payments, please ensure that transfers are made in good time so that they clear before the relevant deposit or accommodation fee deadlines.
