Why have some items that were on the old menus been removed?
The menu has been developed following consultation with customers (via Focus Groups) and extensive research of what other universities offer.
Some items that were unpopular have been removed. However, the menu is intended to be ‘dynamic’ with items being added and replaced regularly, so if you have specific feedback please let us know, as we would like to take this on board.
How does the ‘bring your own cup’ option work?
Simply bring your own cup from the office or takeaway cup, fill up tea/coffee and enjoy. Just remember to take it back with you.
Why has the process changed to make a delivered hospitality booking?
We have been working hard to introduce a permanent booking system to streamline the booking process for delivered hospitality. Our new user-friendly online booking form will make it easier for you, our customers to make booking. Reordering just got a whole lot easier too!
We are really excited about launching monthly chef’s specials and themed items which will be coming soon on the online booking form.
Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept bookings in any other format. If your booking is less than 72 hours’ notice then you will need to contact the Catering Services Duty Manager on ext. 3885 where we will try our best to accommodate your booking. Please note, additional charges may apply.

How and when can I make amendments to my online booking? What is the cut-off point to making amendments?
Simply log back in to your account, select ‘previous orders’, select the order you want to amend and choose to edit via the ‘pen icon’ then amend your order as planned.
Amendments can be made up to 72 hours prior to your booking depending on the overall value of your booking, without incurring any charges. Please see our terms and conditions for full details on surcharges.

How do I cancel my order and what charges would this incur?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Simply log back in to your account, select ‘previous orders’, select the order you want to cancel and choose to delete the order via the bin icon. If so any reason this does not work then please contact us on 01792 606306 or email us at your earliest convenience.

What is the latest I can make a booking online?
Our online booking form will allow you to make bookings up to 72 hours prior.

What information do I need to make a booking?
To make a booking, you will need the following information:
- Date & time
- Delivery location (Building & room)
- Recharge code/Purchase order
- Delivery contact and contact details (if different)
- Catering numbers and dietary requirements
Where can I see the menu?
All menus are directly uploaded onto the online booking from. We will have a PDF developed of our menu until April 2019 when it will all move onto one platform.
How do I order if I have dietary requirements?
Please make a note of any specific dietary requirements in the notes section when making your booking.
Dietary requirements will be noted on our online booking system. Dietary information for our menu can also be found online or available upon request.

What do I do if I forget my username and/or password?
Your username will be the email address you created your account with. However if you forget your password please click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the log in page to re-set your password.
