• Students cannot be in the final year of study
• Postgraduate students can apply for funding but must provide evidence that their academic supervisor approves of their participation.

Estimated cost to student: Approximately £300 per student or approximately £150 per WP eligible student

This is based on an overall cost of £1,165, which includes : 

Programme cost of £515 

Estimated additional costs: £560 which includes

• Assumed flight costs - £120
• Hostel accommodation - £440

Estimated additional costs were sourced in January 2024 and may decrease/increase. Students may need to pay additional costs which are not outlined above. All of the above figures are estimates and are subject to change.

FUNDING AVAILABLE

• Funding of £775 per student or £925 per WP eligible student 

Additional information

• Funding may be Taith or Go Global funding.
• If you fail to participate in the entire programme, you will be required to repay any funding received 
• You will receive the first instalment of funding awarded when you arrive in country and start your programme. A second instalment will be paid at the end of your programme, once your duration has been confirmed. 

• annual household income of £25,000 or less (rising to £30,000 for Go Global bursaries)
• students receiving Universal Credit or income-related benefits (for Taith and Turing only)
• care leavers and care experienced students
• care givers (excludes Taith)
• estranged students.
• refugees and asylum seekers.
• first international or professional experience (for Santander only)
