About
After attending secondary school near Manchester, studied physics at Trinity College Cambridge, where he developed a keen interest in rowing. Remaining in Cambridge, where he completed his Ph.D. in 1991, and after research work at the University of Sussex, moved to Swansea in 1993. His research interests centre on modern techniques for calculating perturbative scattering amplitudes in gauge theories of particle physics. Outside physics Warren enjoys hill walking and supporting Notts County.
