Stewart is an Honorary Lecturer in the Computer Science Department, working closely with colleagues across the University on numerous projects within the areas of computer science and education.
Stewart is currently working in the field of Education Technology (EdTech), providing strategic leadership for the development and implementation of EdTech to enhance the provision of teaching and learning across Wales. He is responsible for supporting and developing the use of evolving technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), in education.
Prior to becoming an Honorary Lecturer, Stewart was the Assistant Director of Technocamps. Technocamps is the computer science department's highly successful school and community outreach programme, which has regional hubs in every computer science department across Wales. He was responsible for the national coordination of the programme and successfully secured funding from several sources.
