Input from our Research staff colleagues is very important and highly valued, and we appreciate the continued contribution our staff make by telling us about their views and experiences.

The Culture, Employment and Development in Academic Research Survey (CEDARS)  survey gathers the views and experiences of researchers across the UK, in the context of the revised Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers, which aims to create the best culture for researchers to thrive.

Swansea ran the survey for the first time in June 2021 and results have been used to plan activity over the next 2 years. For more information about the CEDARS survey, please see the Vitae website.
