The Money Advice team run an advisor led service to students via email and live chat. When contacting the service please ensure that you provide all relevant information.
Please check out our list of troubleshooting FAQs that Money Advice team have put together based on the most common questions asked by students. If you cannot find the answer to your questions on the FAQ’s then please get in touch.
You can contact us on Live Chat for initial queries which an advisor will try and resolve immediately. You must confirm your name and student number at the beginning of every live chat session. If, during a Live Chat communication, it is apparent that your enquiry is complex and needs further information, your query may be required to be continued offline via email correspondence.
Please do not contact us via multiple methods about the same query. This causes an unnecessary duplication of workload. We are a small team who deal with queries and complex funding cases across all student groups including prospective students. The same team also assess all applications for student hardship. We aim to offer a comprehensive and timely service and thus your cooperation and patience is greatly appreciated.
