Members of the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law, Professors Soyer and Tettenborn and Dr Leloudas, started the new year from where they left in 2021.

In January 2022, a Report on "Remote Controlled and Autonomous Shipping" has been released, focusing on legal and regulatory barriers for remote controlled and autonomous shipping in the UK waters, which is one of the outcomes of a research project generously funded by the Assuring Autonomy International Programme.
