About The Role

Hours: 28 per week

Contract: Up to 08/08/25

The Faculty of Science and Engineering has an established Degree Apprenticeship programme in Engineering which is delivered in collaboration with Coleg Cambria. This role represents an exciting opportunity for you to use your skills and experience to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes and ongoing success of the partnership and the students who undertake the degree apprenticeship programme.

The Collaborative and Specialist Degrees Programme Officer will provide administrative delivery support of the partnership and programme being a key member within the Faculty Education Team driving and sustaining the highest levels of excellence in professional operational leadership.

We are looking for candidates who have, or can quickly build and develop the following skills:

- An understanding of assessment, progression and awards, and have the ability to develop these key areas with an international partner.

- Support the administration of the degree apprenticeship award, ensuring quality assurance is maintained throughout the process.

- Partnership working and relationship management, programme management and maintenance

- Academic Year/Cycle Planning

The post holder is responsible for ensuring that they adhere to professional service delivery activities in accordance with all University regulations, ordinances, policies and procedures, governance and constitutional frameworks, ensuring equality, diversity and inclusivity are embedded within.

This is a highly rewarding role, working with a range of academic and professional service colleagues to assist in the smooth running of the degree apprenticeship programme.
