Your Agent Guide will provide you with all the necessary details about working with Swansea University and advising students in applying to Swansea University.  You can download a copy of Swansea University’s agent guide above. Please note these are only for agents with a contract. 
 

We offer a variety of Scholarships and both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Please visit our Scholarship pages for more information.

If you are a contracted agent then you must submit applications via our new online portal called Apply. You will be sent your agent registration link from the International Development Office. If you have not had these registration details then please contact your regional officer.

If you are not a contracted agent but have a student who is interested in studying with us, then the student can apply directly.

All applications are submitted via Apply.

The British Council has provided a best practice guide for agents - we recommend that all our agents familiarise themselves.

2023 The Good Practice Guide for UK Ed Agents

Swansea University has a duty of care towards all its students, staff and visitors. In the case of students joining the University before their 18th birthday, this duty is enhanced as such students are regarded as children under UK law.
