As a student of The College, Swansea University you are invited to make the Bay Campus your new home. Safe, secure and convenient accommodation during your studies at Swansea University, accommodation on Bay Campus offers a high quality en-suite study bedroom, just a short walk to The College academic building.
If capacity allows, we try to allocate students who are studying in The College into the Rod Jones Halls of Residences. This is made up of four blocks - Clun, Cynffig, Dulais and Tawe.
The College, together with Swansea University Residential Services, welcomes your application for the next academic year. We're working together to provide a streamlined process to students studying at The College.
*Please note that typically, students of The College, Swansea University will be allocated accommodation at Rod Jones Halls of Residence on Bay Campus, which primarily houses students studying with The College, including UK students on Accounting and Finance, Business, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences and Sociology Foundation programmes.

In addition, the room features blackout curtains, a pinboard, and mirror. You will have access to a shared kitchen and a number of communal facilities (see Communal Features).
Under 18
If you are under 18 when you start your programme with The College, you will automatically be placed in an alcohol-free flat.
Living Environments
You may choose quieter, single-sex or flats where alcohol is not permitted when you apply.
Rooms suitable for wheelchair users are available, as are flats for students with visual or hearing impairments. Please ensure you indicate your adapted room requirements when applying, so we can allocate the correct accommodation for you.
Typically, rooms are arranged in flats of 6-11 bedrooms, each having a Common Room with a large kitchen.

Shared flats (6-11 bedrooms) also have a breakfast bar and stools, coffee table and sofa. Please note that cutlery, crockery, and containers for separating residents’ food in fridges are not supplied.

For all students
Prices are shown on a weekly basis for comparison; however, students will be offered a contract for the duration of their course including orientation activities. Contract lengths are shown below:

Please note that Swansea University has no on-campus accommodation suitable for families so if you are planning on joining us with family then this is the option for you!
