The College Accommodation, on Bay Campus

For all students

• A Reservation Deposit of £100.00 is payable on acceptance of your offer of accommodation and we ask that you pay this through your Accommodation Account as this will secure your room.
• You have 3 days from the day you are offered to accept and pay the Reservation Deposit in advance.
• Unfortunately, we cannot secure accommodation without the Reservation Deposit in advance which is non-refundable if you fail to take up your accommodation.

Prices are shown on a weekly basis for comparison; however, students will be offered a contract for the duration of their course including orientation activities.  Room options and their associated fees are shown below:

Room Features

Each room comes fully equipped with:

• A small double bed (3/4 size)
• Bedside chest
• Desk and chair
• Bookshelf
• Clothing storage
• En-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin

Additionally, all rooms include:

• Blackout curtains
• Pinboard
• Mirror
• Broadband service
• Personal belongings insurance (included in rent)

Shared Amenities

Residents will have access to a shared kitchen and various communal facilities (refer to "Communal Features" for details).

For Students Under 18

If you are under 18 when your programme at The College begins, you will automatically be placed in an alcohol-free flat.

Living Preferences

When applying, you can choose from options like quieter flats, single-sex accommodation, or alcohol-free flats.

Accessibility

We offer rooms tailored for wheelchair users, as well as flats designed for students with visual or hearing impairments. Please indicate any specific room adaptation needs when applying to ensure you receive the appropriate accommodation.

Accommodation Layout

Typically, rooms are arranged in flats with 6 to 11 bedrooms, each featuring a common room with a large kitchen.

Kitchen Facilities

All kitchens are equipped with:

• Cooker
• Hob
• Sink
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Fridge/freezer

Shared flats (6 to 11 bedrooms) also include:

• Breakfast bar and stools
• Coffee table
• Sofa

Please note that cutlery, crockery, and containers for separating residents’ food in fridges are not provided.
