Dr Sue Chichlowska Carnes Chichlowska

Sue has taught across several disciplines, Psychology, Public Health, Research Methods, Medical Education, Leadership and Counselling. She is also keen to encourage global citizenship and knowledge mobilisation between the global south and the north.

Recent research includes Water Quality testing and remote sensing of hand pumps in rural areas for a range of Public Health issues.  She has also been engaged in setting up and evaluating the effectiveness of a safe house with a supportive infrastructure for women and children who have experienced violence.

Other research includes policy and practice for integrating health and social care for older people, and psychological rehabilitation after surviving cancer.
