IMLAM 2024 Competition Schedule
| Between 10–20 December 2023 | Expected date range for releasing the problem on the competition website. |
| Friday 31 December 2023 | Date for determining eligibility of team members (max 6 per team). They must be a registered student at this date in order to be eligible for the competition. |
| Tuesday 23 January 2024 | Application Form and Registration Fee must be received by the IMLAM Co-ordinator at Swansea (Registration is only confirmed once Moot Co-ordinator allocates team number). |
| Thursday 8 February 2024 | Requests for Clarification for the first tranche of documents released December 2023 must be received by the IMLAM Co-ordinator at Swansea. Requests relating to the second tranche of documents (released late January), if any, must be received by the IMLAM Co-ordinator at Swansea by Friday 16th February. |
| Thursday 29 February 2024 | Distribution of Clarifications by posting on competition website. |
| Friday 15 March 2024 | Final date for withdrawal of registered team from the competition. Registration fee will not be refunded after this date. |
| Thursday 2 May 2024 | Electronic copies of memoranda must be received by the IMLAM Co-ordinator at Swansea by email by 16:00 (British Summer Time). |
| Thursday 18 June 2024 | Date by which the Moot Director will publish the timetable for the general rounds on the competition website. |
| Tuesday 2 July 2024 | Teams will receive opposing memoranda from teams they are scheduled to meet in the general rounds. (This may be by email or by publication on the competition website). |
| Sunday 7th July 2024 Afternoon | Welcome & Official Briefing as per Program of Events. Teams must attend briefing. |
| Monday 8th July, Tuesday 9th July, Wednesday 10th July 2024 | General rounds, commencing 9am. |
| Thursday 11th July 2024 | Quarter-Final Rounds (top 8 teams) (am). Semi Finals (pm). |
| Friday 12th July 2024 | Grand Final (pm) at HFW Offices. Reception and Award Ceremony at HFW Offices. |
All events during the oral rounds will be programmed according to British Summer Time (BST).
