The Chancellor's Circle

2020 will mark 100 years of inspiration and innovation at Swansea University as we celebrate the University’s centenary. We would like to involve all of our alumni in ambitious plans to build on the success of the last one hundred years.

Since the University was established in 1920 with 89 students, it has grown into a multi-disciplinary, research intensive institution occupying two campuses. From revolutionary researchers to visionary leaders, the excellence of Swansea University’s current students, alumni and staff will continue to make valuable contributions towards achieving healthier, more sustainable and prosperous outcomes globally.

"The ongoing commitment to develop and enhance Swansea University demonstrates our confidence in the future, and the promise to provide a world-class student and academic environment."

Our community encompasses the brightest students who are making an extensive economic, social and health impact in Wales and beyond.

In an uncertain and globalised world, the need for Swansea University to continue to transform lives and futures by providing an outstanding education and facilitating world-class research is more important than ever.

Our Thanks

The Chancellor's Circle recognises those who make a gift of at least £5,000 per year.

In thanks for your gift, we will send you regular updates, invite you to an annual event and exclusive dinner with The Chancellor and, with your permission, display your name on the University's Memorial wall.

Each donation will support our mission to deliver another 100 years of inspiration and innovation.
