Career Highlights

Teaching Interests

Jon teaches on various courses in the Medical School and is the module lead for PMPM04: Medical Imaging.  He is also a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).

Jon is the MRI physics training lead for trainees enrolled on the scientific training programme (STP) in NHS Wales.  Trainees spend a four-week rotation in MRI where they gain practical experience on Swansea University's MRI scanner.  In September 2020 we will be welcoming our first specialist trainees in Imaging with Non-ionising Radiation.

Jon teaches trainee radiologists MRI Physics as part of their FRCR training:  The trainees are taught at the Imaging Academy and gain practical experience.
