Congratulations! You are on your way to studying a degree here at Swansea University.

We will be in touch via email about every step from offer to enrolment so keep an eye on your inbox for regular updates, instructions and advice.

First - Accept your offer

To accept this offer, please log on to your UCAS account and click on your 'Add Clearing Choice' button and enter the Swansea University Institution code, which is S93, and the course code into the relevant sections of the form.

You can only add Swansea University as your clearing choice from 13:00 on results day (17th August).

What is next?

Once we have received your clearing offer (or referral) from UCAS we will check your application against the details you provided us with and may write to you asking you to e-mail copies of your examination results slips to the contact details below.

Once you have provided us with any additional information we may require from you, we can then formally accept you (this will usually take up to one working day).

The acceptance will then be displayed in the 'choices' section of UCAS and UCAS will send you a letter to let you know your place is confirmed. We will also send you a formal offer via email.

Next – Apply for Accommodation

Places in University-managed accommodation are still available for Clearing and Adjustment students.

You need to apply as soon as possible as places are allocated in date order.

You can submit your accommodation application straight away, without waiting for your clearing referral to go through.

Go to our Accommodation page to apply, you will need your UCAS ID number. This can be found on any correspondence with UCAS.

Please note your accommodation application will only be processed once you have referred yourself through UCAS and have been formally accepted.

For more information about accommodation for clearing and adjustment applicants, please see the Residential Services website.

Accommodation will be hosting daily accommodation focused online live chats during clearing.

This is a chance for you to ask the accommodation team any accommodation related questions that may make your application process through clearing easier.
