Goi is Swansea University’s Pro-Chancellor and Chair of Council. Prior to appointment as Chair, he was a member of Council and the University’s Treasurer from August 2020 to December 2023.
Goi has held a number of executive roles and is currently Chief Risk Officer at DF Capital Bank. Goi’s professional background is in Treasury and Finance, and he has over 30 years’ senior management experience in large and complex organisations both in the UK and abroad, including acting as the Europe and Middle East Treasurer for Barclays Bank.
Goi has broad experience of the charity accounting framework and extensive experience of regulatory environments in a number of jurisdictions in the EU and the UK through both his professional roles and NED roles.
