Lowri Williams holds a BA (Hons) and PhD from the Welsh Department in Aberystwyth University.
She has experience of lecturing in Welsh and English language at universities across Europe, notably University of Galway, University of Freiburg and the IUFM d’Alsace in Strasbourg.
Lowri also worked for almost 20 years in the Education Department at BBC Wales, producing high-quality bilingual learning resources for schools across various platforms, including radio, TV and online as well as organising high-profile pan-Wales events to promote output.
She has vast experience in translation and proofreading having taught Translation at the University of Freiburg, and as Editorial Lead for Welsh content in the Education Department at BBC Wales and Qualifications Wales.
