About
My research interests are in the experimental psychopathology of fear and anxiety. Specifically, I study some of the mechanisms and processes involved in acquiring and extinguishing fears commonly seen in anxiety disorders and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Some of these factors include genetics, sleep, stress hormones, sex differences, and various cognitive and behavioural factors. I am also interested in how these models adapt to other psychological conditions, such as Anorexia Nervosa.
