Vanessa is a registered social worker who has worked with and supported individuals for over thirty years. Vanessa has undertaken many roles within statutory agencies and was a foster carer for five years. During the last few years of her career in statutory services Vanessa was a staff and service development officer for children’s services and social work mentor developing the first year in practice programme for newly qualified social workers. This is where Vanessa’s passion and love of teaching began.
