The Stress Control programme is a 6-week course run by the University’s Wellbeing Service; it teaches participants CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques to help reduce stress with an overall aim of improving coping strategies to support and boost an individual’s wellbeing.
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to run the Stress Control programme on campus. However, you can view live-streams of the classes and read the booklets on the Stress Control website from Monday 11th May 2020.
