About

Dr. Mohankumar is a pharmaceutical sciences academician and research scientist specialised in metabolic pharmacology. His extensive education and experience for more than 18 years with various models of pharmacy education, research and administration from countries like, Australia, Canada, India, Malaysia and United Kingdom positively supports his passion towards promoting and advancing pharmaceutical sciences education and research. He is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy, United Kingdom. Recently, he received the Charted Management Institute, UK Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership. He has authored several full-length peer reviewed research articles, editorial, book chapters and conference abstracts in the fields of pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences. He has received an award “Top New Investigator” from International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids, Canada for his research contributions to “dietary fatty acid and glucose transport”. He was consistently constructive on acquiring both national and international grants, establishing collaborations, developing infrastructure and enthusing research environment for peers and research scholars.
