Taliesin Arts Centre – Singleton Campus

Taliesin Arts Centre is set in the heart of Swansea University’s Singleton Campus. This Welsh language essential part-time post (8 hours per week) is predominantly based in Taliesin Arts Centre and the post holder will be part of the Front of House / Box Office team providing customer service of the highest quality and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. The hours of work will be on a variable rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide excellent customer service centred around the ‘front of house’ experience, including ‘signposting’ audiences, and providing customer care.
  • To sell/reserve tickets through operating a computerised box office system. Carrying out all operations concerned with selling and reserving event tickets.
  • To deal with enquiries from customers, students, and visitors electronically, over the telephone, and in person, delivering the highest level of customer service.
