Campus Development - Investing for a brighter future

Bay Campus Public Open Afternoon

Saturday, 10 October, 12 noon - 4pm

Join us for this first Public Open Afternoon when visitors will be able to take a guided tour of the fantastic facilities on Swansea University’s new Bay Campus, take a peep at the accommodation on offer for students and get a feel for its fabulous location overlooking Swansea Bay.

As well as guided tours, there will be exhibitions, displays and interactive activities, plus a talk about the Bay Campus and the University as a whole. Everyone is welcome and the programme will include something which will be of interest to all ages, so do bring the whole family along.

The public event is being held as part of an Undergraduate Open Day which runs from 9.00am – 5.00pm.  If you are looking at applying for a University place during the current academic year, then please register your interest in attending as a prospective student HERE

Travel and parking

Swansea University encourages the use of sustainable transport. Park and ride services will be running on the day or there are excellent public transport links in place to the Bay Campus.  Find out how you can get to the Bay Campus.

Free shuttle buses to the Bay Campus will be located outside Swansea train station and operate every 30 minutes until 4pm.  The nearest car park to this service is High Street multi storey car park, Ivey Place, SA1 1NU.

Please note that parking on site is reserved for visitors with limited mobility only.

We look forward to welcoming you!

Bay Campus

We are building a magnificent new 65 acre Bay Campus located right on the beach on the eastern approach to Swansea, which will be home to the College of Engineering and School of Management students from September 2015.
