Dr Naomi Ginnever appears in Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped

Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped features Dr Naomi Ginnever of the Enalgae project investigating the potential environmental damage that can be caused by acid whey, a by-product of greek yoghurt production.

Naomi simulates an acid whey spill into a water course and discusses the results as well as some of the potential uses for the waste.
