CONNECT is a HEFCW funded wellbeing project which aims to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst students. In collaboration with University of Wales Trinity Saint David, our vision is that all students will feel, and will be, connected within the institution.

CONNECT helps to build supportive communities by working with both staff & students to lay the foundations for lifelong positive and healthy behaviours.

CONNECT is training & equipping Connectors with the skills to engage with and support students who are at risk of social isolation, experiencing loneliness or need help with developing social integration skills.

Visit our website or follow us on Instagram @connectwellbeing or Facebook ‘CONNECT-Wellbeing’ for updates and information.

If you are a member of staff or a student who would like to become a Connector and support others, you can find more information on our website.

As this is a new project, we are currently focusing on training our Connectors ready to provide support. If you are a student and would like support during this time you may find our list of helpful organisations useful.
