Driving to Our Campuses

At Swansea University we are committed to embedding sustainable practices throughout every aspect of University life.

With this in mind, we encourage staff and students to use sustainable modes of transport wherever possible. If you live close to our campuses, why not walk or cycle to work? It’s great for your physical and mental wellbeing, better on your pocket and can help reduce our impact on the environment. Bus travel is another more sustainable option; a number of local bus services connect our campuses; you can find out more about them over on our Bus Travel page.

If You Have to Drive

We do appreciate that some staff and students are unable to use other forms of transport such as bus, bike or walking due to personal circumstances. Take a look at the information below to learn about your car travel options, which include special circumstances student parking permits, nearby parking facilities and Park and Ride services.

*Please note that car parking space on campus is in high demand.
