When you submit your study abroad application, you will receive your Swansea University student number, which you will need to apply for accommodation. You will then need to create an accommodation account and complete the online application. Residential Services will email you your room offer, so make sure to check your email and accommodation account regularly. You will have to pay a reservation deposit online within 7 days of getting your room offer – this is deducted from your final rent payment.
Student Accommodation Services also known as SAS Lettings, is a joint venture between Residential Services and the Students’ Union, set up to help students find good quality and suitable houses in the private sector to live in. SAS manage a large range of properties off-campus and aim to make your entire accommodation journey hassle-free.
