Sandra is a lecturer in the People and Organisation group and has a wealth of experience in teaching business and economic modules.
She graduated from Bamberg University (Germany) with a post-graduate degree in the combined study of Business Management, Economics and Pedagogy. She further holds an MSc in Economics and a PhD in Labour Economics (both from Swansea University).
Prior to working at Swansea University, Sandra taught at other further and higher education institutions in Germany and the UK.
Sandra is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
She has an interest in quantitative research methods specifically regression analysis and working with large datasets such as the Labour Force Survey (LFS).
