I am currently teaching Business Law at Swansea Management School covering a wide range of courses from Post Graduate MSc to undergraduate BSc in Management.

 I have taught corporate law and trusts for twenty five years at Cardiff University, the Open University and the University of South Wales. I have published on my area of expertise, directors’ duties and comparative corporate governance, in both the Business Law Review and the Company Lawyer.

 I continue to research in international corporate governance structures and currently lecture in this area at City University London.

I have also been an advisor to the BBC’s X-ray programme in relation to corporate responsibility and the consumer.
