Matthew is an Innovation Technologist working with Accelerate, a pioneering collaboration between Welsh universities that translates innovative ideas into novel solutions within health and care. He obtained a first-class BSc (Hons) Genetics at Swansea University and was awarded his PhD in Reproductive Immunology in 2013, working in the lab of Professor Iain Martin Sheldon (BVSc DBR DCHP PhD FRCVS). Matthew is now focussed on developing collaborative projects between industry, health, and academia to accelerate innovation within the life science sector.
