Samantha Turner is a Research Officer & Data Scientist specialising in the field of Injury Prevention. Samantha has worked on several data linkage and research projects with the aim to improve injury profiling, injury incidence estimates, the comparability of injury data across countries, and measurement of injury burden. Projects include: the All Wales Injury Surveillance System, the International Collaborative Effort on Injury Statistics and Methods (Injury ICE) and the European Injury Data Base (IDB) project now funded under InfAct (Information for Action!), the Joint Action on Health Information.
